Here are some tips that may help deal with stress

Prioritize.  Do the most important things first. Once the big things are done sometimes it just seems the small ones flow. If you find some thing(s) on the list don't matter just let it go.

First one must take care of oneself.  Be sure to get plenty of sleep and rest.  In order to do the things that need to be done one must be rested and refreshed.   Be sure to continue to get enough exercise and eat right.

Have a plan and stick to it, a schedule is a great way to check oneself and one's progress.  Sometimes in order to keep the plan and the schedule one must say no.  Remember sometimes saying no to someone else is saying yes to yourself. 

​Quiet time is always important.  

​Taking a breather is always a great idea and a great way to relax for a few minutes.

Check your thoughts.  Be sure your thoughts are along the lines of your dreams and what you wish to achieve; know what you want.
